Additional Pictures from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Property plans for the financier's private tropical island among the images.

Also featured in this new document release appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Marked on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.

This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a notes section labelling distinct areas of the estate.

Alongside this are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, including layouts for dock shelters.

More materials disclosed as part of the continuing oversight release.
